It’s our weekly musing into the busy lives of our very loyal Loot Ninja readers and fans. For most of the working folk out there it’s the end of another shitty work week, for us gamers our week is just getting started (glorious weekend gaming time).
We here at Loot Ninja want you all to sound off here on all of the great games you’re playing at the moment. Did you just get a new game wrapped in cellophane? Are you in the middle of something (Black Ops or Reach multiplayer)? Or are you trying to finish off a game and start on your next great adventure? We want to know!
From most of the comments I’ve seen in week’s past, people are still enjoying the shit out of Dead Space 2. I finally got around to buying it, and snuck in watching the opening cutscene. I can already tell in those 4 minutes that this game is going to be even more fucked up than the first. Good. Times.
That’s really been the extent of my gaming this past week. I beat Mass Effect one in just under 30 hours and promptly went in to trade it in at GameStop. This weekend if you are a PowerUp Rewards member you’ll get 50% extra trade-in credit on used games. I also think my receipt showed an extra 10% for being part of the club, so all in all that’s fucking 60% extra trade-in credit. Wouldn’t be a bad idea to go in over the weekend and get ready for Killzone 3 and Bulletstorm. I’m just saying.

It’s a couple friend’s birthdays this weekend so probably less video games more shitfaced but probably just some dead space and/or black ops.
