Two new Civs, Spain and Inca will be added to Sid Meier’s Civilization this Thursday Dec.16th. If you haven’t bought this game yet, put it on your Christmas list because it’s worthy of your time and money. The game was released in Sept. and despite my computer problems (will update on that later) I was able to play this game shortly after release.

The great thing about the release of Dead Nation is that it has zombies in it. The bad thing about the release of Dead Nation is that it has zombies in it. There just seems to be a whole lot of games now-a-days that include some form of zombie mode in it. Is that whole zombie fad/thing over with yet?
We’ve all probably experienced the tried and true zombie co-op game that was released as a standalone title (*cough* Left 4 Dead). How does a PSN only downloadable game for 1/4 of the price stand up? Read on to find out.

By Matt Banks on December 8, 2010 | There haven’t been too many PlayStation Move titles that are must-buy games. Sports Champions does a great job of showing off the high levels of precision capable with Move and Tumble couples that with fun puzzle solving, but past that, I haven’t seen any terrific games just yet. Beat Sketcher falls into the that same category — a PlayStation Network game that is more tech demo than anything else.

By Steve Kohlbecker on December 3, 2010 | If there was any doubt that Bungie would not support Halo: Reach like its previous titles because of their letting go of the Halo series, those fears were put out the instant you downloaded the Noble Map Pack. This is their best map pack in years. Three great maps, all different, all designed expertly, and offer a great addition for only 10 bucks.

By Steve Kohlbecker on December 1, 2010 | In the gaming world, there are certain phenomenon that just become staples of the community. The hardcore gamers have the Halos and Call of Duties, the Facebookers have Farmville, the uber nerds have World of Warcraft, but there is a specific group that wants to just be someone else for a few hours a day. They have the Sims and a decent port has finally come to consoles.

OH HE’S HERE EVERYBODY! POSITIONS!! MAKE SURE THE GOOD SILVER’S OUT!!
An armor-clad hero enters a deep, dark dungeon to take on the forces of evil and destroy their insidious master in the farthest depths of the earth. We’ve all played this game. In various forms and countless scenarios; good vs. evil and all that. Now, imagine the same game from the view of the bad guys. Before the hero shows up, the villains must accomplish quite a bit – digging the tunnels, setting up dead ends etc. Never thought about that, did ya?! Well, developers Acquire did. Click the link to see how they did, yeah?

THIS IS NOT A GAME. I DON’T KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIS IS. SAVE YOURSELF.
‘Jesus Christ I don’t know what this shit is supposed to add up to’. Those were my first thoughts after ten continuous minutes of reading texts with character still-frames set in different hallways and forests. And really, my thoughts haven’t changed. Who would give this to the world? Are they angry? Were they savagely picked-on as children? I sure hope they were. Do you like rage/confusion filled rants? Then by all means, click the link. DO IT!!!!

By Steve Kohlbecker on November 30, 2010 | If you do not know anything about Fist of the North Star, then we already have something in common. When this game showed up I literally went to Wikipedia to see who Ken was and why is his fist so important. It turns out the series has a decent following as it is a Manga series based out of Japan. The rest is inconsequential. The game does not bring a whole lot to the table either.
