In case you haven’t started playing the StarCraft II Beta yet and your invite is just sitting there collecting dust, you might want to get on the ball. Blizzard reminded the world that the servers will be shut down May 31st, so you have slightly more than 10 days to get your fill of the epic multiplayer action before it goes dark for a short while.

I would have liked to play more of the Beta before now, but my PC gaming time has been very limited. After a long download, the beta is fully installed on my MacBook Pro and I have a feeling I’ll be shredding faces with Protoss later this week.

With the game releasing July 27th and the Beta having run for quite some time, I think Blizzard is in perfect shape with their balancing and tweaks for launch. So the real question is – how many of you are getting the super special collector’s edition?
