Sony is launching the PSP Digital Comics service today in the US and the UK (only the US comic store is currently live). The latest PSP Firmware v6.20 enabled the comic reader application, and now hundreds of issues are available for your buying pleasure.

While I think this is a good idea, I would like to see the service come to the PS3 as well. I wouldn’t mind checking out the comics on my big screen instead of squinting and zooming. We’ll have to wait and see if Sony goes that route.

To check out the full list of comics now available, hit up the jump. You know you want to.
