GTA IV Trophies Being Released October 27

With all the games I’ve been thinking about lately, I forgot that GTA IV even existed. I can’t say that the game wasn’t kickass, though, because it sure as hell was. And with the latest news from Rockstar, I think that I might give a little ol’ visit to Liberty City yet once more.

Rockstar has just announced, via their mailing list, that the long anticipated trophies for the PS3 is finally hitting GTA IV on Monday, October 27. If you’re one to think that you can just load up your save file and obtain trophies magically, think again. The trophies are not retroactive. Which means you’re going to have sit your butt down and re-play ALL of GTA IV again - from start to finish - if you want you some trophies.

There goes my sex life…

I was ~60% done. I guess this is a reason to go back to it.

That’s gotta suck if you 100% the game on PS3 now you have to go back for another 40 hours to get all the trophies.
