Fans of the Wii patiently waited for GH3: Legends of Rock to come out and when it did there was one major problem. The game was not in Dolby Surround as promised or advertised. Instead, we got the sweet sound of Mono which in layman’s terms is shit. Doing the noble thing, Nintendo is giving you the choice of either a refund for the game or a replacement game disc. Chances are that you would take the disc because you wanted the game and who knows when the refund will show up. Feel free to call bullshit on this, but Activision has posted this on their official page. A word of advice:
That little boy’s gotta think ‘You got a guitar. You got a responsibility.’ If your guitar is lost you don’t look for an hour then call it quits? You get your ass out there, and you find that fucking guitar!

That’s good. but have they sped up the time to get the replacement? They surely should send out the disc to you first and let you return the defect back. Do what EA Does, place a charge on your card/bank until they receive it.

luckily I got GH3 for 360 so I have no problems other than the RRoD XD
