You may have read earlier this week that we’re not reporting on NPD numbers anymore here at Loot Ninja. To go along with that, there’s a few other weekly posts that are going away. The Nintendo Download (formerly Wiikly Update), Xbox Live Activity, and PlayStation Store Update won’t be making an appearance anymore.

Just why did we decide to do this? I’ll be straight up with you, we don’t want to just copy and paste information. Essentially, that’s all those posts were. You can get that information by turning on your console or straight from the console developer.

What we’re doing instead is focusing our efforts into bringing you our thoughts on the goings on of the game industry. That’s why we’re here, to bring you analysis and opinions on games. You’ll be seeing more of this in the coming weeks as we’re fleshing a few ways to spice it up here at Loot Ninja. Stay tuned
