Pending Lawsuit Keeps Microsoft from Discussing Xbox Live Woes


It seems as if the legal ship has sailed for the recent FUBAR of Xbox Live. There has not been any updates from Majornelson, the XBL guru, who keeps us all in the loop. The reason? Until the dust has settled from a recent class action suit, in where else, Texas, a legal gag order is in effect reports Xbox360 Fanboy. This means one thing: This is a very serious legal matter. “Strange things are afoot at the Circle-K” for MS.

    Wow, honestsly MS needs to quit it’s bitchin’. How does a lawsuit interfere with technical difficulties? Is MS so cheap that they use the guys from tech support in court? Oh well, at least gears is up.
    @game hard, I haven’t seen that in so long and i’m pissed I missed it.
