Here is a video that goes over all the Xbox 360 Elite will offer. I won’t lie and say that I don’t like the look, but it just doesn’t offer anything new to anyone that already has a Xbox 360 premium system. I think in order to call this system Elite there should be some hardware upgrades, not just an expanded HDD and a sexy black finish. The Elite offers nothing unique except the HDMI support that it should have originally came with originally and some pre-loaded software (demos and movies) on the 120 Gb HDD.

For me, HDMI would have been a HUGE feature if the 360 could push 5.1 channel uncompressed Linear PCM audio, which is a requirement for every HD-DVD movie. After hear the difference from standard Dolby Digital or DTS going to Linear PCM, it’s like night and day. The fact that it can’t do this is a big downfall for me.
If only the would fix the video output from VGA to not be crap.
yeah i dont see anything special about 360 elite…but i should be getting it cos i was supposed to get 360 then i heard that elite was comin out…
anybody know the release dates for 360 elite in australia…preferably western australia and plz dont say “winter”
supposedly the elite plays the games more better so that it doesnt crash and freeze and stuff hopefully it stils comes with extended warranty though
