How does a Seventeen-year-old boy get a .22 caliber lodged in the back of his skull? His father puts it there with a rifle, stupid!

A boy who apparently shall not-be-named had an XBOX 360 break on him (like they do). The young man had asked his father to take a look at it so that it might be fixed. The father - 60 year old James Stanley Niedosik - declined his boys request. Apparently the boy was so overcome with grief that he became mentally crippled. So crippled in fact that the boy handed his father a rifle and begged him to be put out of his misery.

So his father shoots him. In the head no less. In the BACK of the head no less.

Huh.

So now the father is sitting in jail with a $250,000 bail on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child. Wow. The son is all hopped-up on sedatives in a hospital and the mother, Jeanie, has no idea whats going on. “I won’t know exactly what happened until I talk to [my son]. He’s incoherent yet; they have him heavily sedated”. She believes the occurrence was unintentional. “He did the shooting, but it was an accidental thing that took place”.

Yeah, whatever you need to sleep at night lady. Enjoy your bat-shit crazy husband and your bullet riddled offspring.
