PSU - XBOX 360 - Update

Ok so I played sporadically with PSU and have the following thoughts:
This game is nothing like the other games on Dreamcast or Gamecube.
The offline and online have nothing to do with one another and I really don’t see a point at playing offline unless you want to get achievement points by killing the bosses. (I have […]

Marvel Ultimate Alliance and Tiger Woods - XBOX 360

I got Marvel UA and Tiger Woods yesterday from www.Gamefly.com and decided to take a quick break from PSU and try them out and make sure they worked. I started with Marvel UA and right off the bat you can smell the X Men Legends coming at you. The good news is that if you […]

Vanished is banished to Friday

So Vanished has been sent to that special place where shows go to finish out their non-ratings grabbing career, Friday nights. In a move that was a bit suprising for me Fox moved Vanished to Friday nights leaving Prison Break all alone. My guess is they do not plan on picking this show up after […]

Viva Piñata Goes Gold

Microsoft confirmed today that Viva Piñata went Gold. It’s set for release November 9th in the US. I’m personally not that excited for the game, but I’m sure someone out there is. Probably trev15, since he’s always been a fan of kiddy games. Check him out on Barbie Horse Adventures next time you’re online.

Saints Row Auto-Update

There’s an auto-update out either now or tonight/tomorrow for Saints Row for the 360. Lots of changes coming, making the game better. See the full list here.
My favorite is: Added player options to enable v-sync during cutscenes and/or gameplay, with warning that it will affect framerate. Come the fuck on people. The graphics are […]

Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update

The Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update is coming Tuesday 10-31-2006 at 2am PST (5am EST for those of you who are dumb). It was announced today by Microsoft. See the press release here. The full list of changes can be seen here, and I’ll highlight some of the better ones:

Stream WMV video from a Windows […]

Stranglehold Preview - XBOX 360

This game looks impressive and looks to push the genre to a new level. Stranglehold is based off of and produced by John Woo, most famously known for MI: 2, Face Off, The Killer and Hard Boiled (both Hong Kong classics). The games main character is Cow Yun Phat as detective Tequila waging war on […]

Lumines Review - XBOX 360

So Lumines was released on XBLA and was done so in three parts. I grabbed it up because of the appeal it had on the PSP. The game translates well to HD big screen, but there isn’t much added in the way of game play that warrants it being 1200 Microsoft points and especially not […]

DOA Extreme 2 Thoughts - XBOX 360

I was reading up on this game in Game Informer and I must say that I was fucking embarrassed even looking at these pages in public, the pictures look like border line anime porn. This game equates to scantily clad virtual volleyball players in bikinis in high definition. The graphics in this game look amazing, […]
