The Tiger Woods golf franchise has always had a minimal form of caddy interactions. Whether you wanted to see a putting line or have general gameplay tips show up on screen, the game has always branded these as caddy tips. Those of you who’ve played golf in the real world or watched it on television know that this isn’t very realistic. This year, EA is moving towards realism by adding true caddies to the game.
You’ll be able to ask your caddy for advice on putting lines and other things you would normally ask a caddy on the course. Sure, this isn’t a dramatic change from what’s already been there, but it’s a solid step in the right direction to bringing further realism to the golf game genre. Looking forward to playing this one in March.
