THQ Confirms Homefront 2 Before Homefront Hits the Shelves

We all knew there was going to be a Two Towers before Fellowship even was released. Why? LOTR is a known trilogy and no matter how bad Fellowship was going to be, it was actually really f’n good, Towers was coming regardless. This mantra works when your IP has a zero chance of not continuing. THQ apparently feels the same way about Homefront, which hits the shelves this March. In a few words, North Korea invades the USA and we have to fight for our homeland. The story is rather generic and we will have to see if the game is any good. Anyone who played the forgettable title, (I can’t even remember) “what if Germany won WWII and invaded” knows what I am talking about. Let’s hope the game is good because there is a ton of cash tied up in a franchise that has not moved a single unit.
