For me, it’s hands down Uncharted 3. I’m a huge fan of the series and Naughty Dog and cannot wait to play more in Drake’s saga.
What about you?

Mass Effect 3!!!
List sorta fails without Batman Arkham City, Forza 4, Deus Ex 3, and Dirt 3.
Dirt 3 being a personal most anticpated of mine, but I prolly would’ve went with Batman. Gears 3 is my pick since I already know ME3 will be amazing. I’m anticipating Epic’s huge refinements to Gears for what’s sure to be the stand out multiplayer (and singleplayer 4 player co-op) experience of the year.
I’m with Doc. I would vote Batman Arkham City(please don’t get delayed) otherwise Uncharted 3 followed by ME3 and Gears 3. Rage is up there too but I think we won’t see it until 2012
So mine isn’t in the list, MAX PAYNE 3
