You never can really get enough of those Playboy bunnies. I love them, you love them, and Capcom Entertainment understands that. What Capcom has done to help this insatiable appetite for Playboy, is that they have just penned a deal with Hugh Hefner’s franchise magazine to bring them to Dead Rising 2. Capcom mentions in a press release that they will be featuring Playboy posters, billboard ads, and magazine collectibles in the game. Hit the jump for more Playboy goodness.
These magazines will be a very nice upgrade to the popular “book system” we saw from the original Dead Rising, but these magazines are different. These themed magazines that Chuck will pick up throughout the environment will help with in-game bonuses to fend off the zombie hordes. Man, I’m really hoping they include issues of “Hairy Elderly Beaver” in there too.
“The Sin City-type environment in Dead Rising 2, Fortune City, is a natural playground for the Playboy Bunnies,” said Seon King, Senior Director of Licensing for Capcom Entertainment, Inc. “We have integrated the Playboy brand throughout the game in ways that bring even more life to Fortune City and add to the user experience.”
With Dead Rising 2 being set in a Vegas-type setting, Playboy is a good fit to bring the world to life a little bit better. Be sure to look out for Dead Rising 2 and it’s storied brand of dark humor coming later this year on the Xbox 360, PlayStation3 and PC platforms.
“So uh……you want to go have some sex behind those cardboard boxes?”
He’s probably thinking, “Hmmm, do I kill more zombies? Or maybe take a little break in the casino bathroom?”

Man Chuck looks pissed off in everypicture. Your holding a Playboy magazine! How pissed off can you be. Unless your mother is in there
