You may ask yourself, who or what Ceville is? I had no idea. He looks like a creepy child molester who arrived via the Spanish Armada in the 1500′s. As it turns out, Ceville is a point and click adventure game made for children and is of the fantasy realm. It is also a well reviewed series at that, so to make a jump to mobile gaming is a positive step for the series and a fun one at that.
This version of Ceville has the player throwing tomatoes at a variety of enemies that go by on the screen. There are fairies as seen below as well as what appears to be minotaurs and skeletons. It doesn’t matter. Things go buy and you pelt them with tomatoes by clicking on them. It’s that simple. The controls are extremely tight for a $0.99 game. The graphics are not too shabby either. I believe fans of the Ceville series will surely pick this up as it is under a buck and some quick and easy fun. It is for kids, so anyone looking for a grown up adventure should turn elsewhere. There are three levels to unlock so for only a dollar, there is some mobile fun to be had here, fun bereft of Renaissance era kid touchers.
