Over 700 Genesis games most of them were trash and gimmicks [must be my inner SNES fan boy speaking]. I love the narrator they must have had a great day.

SNES was weak in comparison
I prefered the Genesis to the SNES back then, and I still do. Games like New Horizons, Contra: Hard Corps, Vectorman, Phantasy Star showed the amount of potential in the Genesis. This is a good list, although I don’t agree with all of their choices. No Subterrania?

Most of these are in the video except for the Japanese only games! These games fought a good hard fight & they all kicked Nintendo’s ass! Genesis will always be Nintendo’s Nemesis! Genesis Does!

The first game in the video is Pulseman (Sega - 1994).
One curiosity is that many of the staff member who worked on Pulseman would later worked on the Pokémon series, including director Ken Sugimori and composer Junichi Masuda.

So, thats actually closer to 30..but the genesis owned it. Still owns it! Looks kick ass on my component video converter on my HDTV…like it was meant too. Forget AV and RF.
I do notice, # 15, 11, 4 and 19-24 are rarely mentioned in any Genesis Top Game list…probably because no one has taken the time to actually explore the system…they just see other peoples lists on the ‘net and use those I guess.
This system has more creative, fun, imaginative and challenging games than any system before or after. It’s not necessarily the quantity..it’s the quality.

Anyone know of the game for sega where you start at the bottom of the screen with your character, and then you try and kill the enemy to make it to the top. One character has bombs, another has spears. It was a multiplayer game?

Hello Everyone, can anyone help me remember that game which was quite similar to Super Sonic but the main character was a rabbit and to earn point it ate carrots? It was very similar to the Sonic games.
