Eat Lead - Neil Patrick Harris and Will Arnett Trailers

Eat Lead is an interesting game concept to say the least. Its the story of a gaming character, which parodies Duke Nukem in my opinion, and his journey back into the mainstream media. That’s all we really know about it know. Known actors will be in the game via voice over or a character loosely paroding themselves to tell this unique story. Here are two actors who you will come across in Eat Lead.

Who Has the Best Trailer?

You’ve seen the Last Day trailer for Gears of War 2. You’ve also seen the TV Commercial for Resistance 2. Both are the juggernauts of shooters this Holiday season. Which one has the better trailer? We’ve weighed in with our opinions, now it’s your turn. Let us know in the poll and the comments.

Killzone 2 - Helghan Trailer

The hype machine is rolling already for Killzone 2. The game isn’t set to release until early next year, but we’ve already got a pretty damn good trailer for the game. I fully expected Sony to wait on the marketing for Killzone until after the Holidays so they wouldn’t interfere with Resistance 2. Guess I was wrong.

Splatterhouse Coming to Next Gen

What was the goriest, most over the top game from the Sega Genesis. If you said anything besides Splatterhouse, you’re fired. Making a comeback, that surprised everyone, Splatterhouse is here.  Check out the teaser trailer. The 2 secs of graphics don’t seem all that impressive, but let’s hope this one is better than the Golden Axe comeback.

Pain - The Hoff Trailer

Yesterday we brought you The Hoff. Naked. With Puppies.  PSN will be bringing you The Hoff as well, but this time, you can beat the shit out of him in the addicting PSN game, Pain. The object: just beat his German ass. Anyone else thing his son on Baywatch was a pussy?

Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels Trailer

Wielding a Wiimote like a lightsaber is awesome. These two guys make Lando Calrissian not cool. The game looks meh, partly because its cartoons, but pitting two complete douche bags who “talk trash” at each other to entice gamers to buy is lame. If someone ever called me a nerf herder, I’d stick the Wiimore up their ass. With numchuk.

Gears of War 2 Trailer - The Last Day

I have never seen a trailer as evoking as Mad World for Gears of War.  This is not far behind. It totally gives you the feel of the struggle these guys are going through.  It also gives you the feeling things are not going to turn out so well at the end.

Saints Row Cop Glitch

Watch as this gamer drives around town with a police officer hanging out of his trunk! Unfortunately, it would be great if that was what was supposed to happen, but the cop is actually sticking through the trunk! Looks like Saints Row 2 is showing some rough patches. A lot of people are hammering its graphics, but I don’t really have to much of a problem with it.

I do have issues with games that are made and seem almost none tested by a Quality Control department. Having a person stick through your trunk is ridiculous. I have been playing some Lego Batman and even that game has issues with the game not registering things correctly.

Why do we pay full price for games that look like they have been produced by children?

Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams Debut Trailer

If you beat the PS3 version of Bioshock, you get a nice bonus in the extras section. It appears that it is the trailer for the sequel, apparently called Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams. From what I have ascertained from the trailer and having beaten the first game, I offer my viewpoints. It seems that the girl who might be a Little Sister is holding a doll of some kind that looks exactly like a Big Daddy. You can tell by the 1940’s style dive helmet and the drill coming out of its right hand. The foreshadowing seems to present that the survivors of Rapture have come to the mainland and will begin to build a new city, probably underwater. You get the impression that she is drawn back to the city and needs to return. Of course, everything goes wrong and we have a sequel. What do you guys think?

We have contacted 2K Games about the status of the trailer and when they respond, they will give us whatever info they can which we will pass along to you.

F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin - Armored Death Trailer

Alma is coming back and therefore coming for your ass one more time. F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin is the sequel but not necessarily a sequel in the story. Little is known about the exact plot, but the game looks freaky enough to warrant further consideration. F.E.A.R. was an above average title, but slowing time down made the game a little too easy. Maybe this time it will be more leveled. Check out this mechanized, walking nightmare.
