The Wii fit when first released did not receive the reception that Nintendo had hoped for. Many people thought of this as a gimmick and another inferior product in the Wii’s short life. Apparently for our friends, in the far east, the Wii Fit is making Mothra type waves. Gameindustrybiz reports that Wii Fit is at the top of a most wanted game list conducted by polls afterE3:
1. Wii Fit
2. New PSP model
3. Gameplay demo of Metal Gear Solid 4
4. Upcoming software for the PlayStation 3
5. Upcoming software for the Xbox 360
6. Announcement of the Zapper for the Wii
7. Little Big Planet
8. Super Smash Bros. Brawl
9. Peter Moore leaving Microsoft to go to EA
10. PlayStation Home
Also notice that there is only one Microsoft related tidbit on this list.
There are so many games that have Mario or the likeness of Mario in it that it is almost mind boggling. Here is a top ten list that is sure to create much debate. Let us know what you think.
GameDaily has been dedicating a lot more time to games recently, presumably because of the huge mainstream impact of the Nintendo Wii. Today, they released their Top 10 Fitness Games.
Here they are, from the bottom to the top:

9. Rayman: Raving Rabbids (Wii)
8. Donkey Konga: Donkey Kong Jungle Beats (Gamecube)
7. Samba de Amigo (Dreamcast)
6. World Class Track Meet (NES)
5. Top Skater (Arcade)
4. Wii Sports (Wii)
3. EyeToy: Kinetic (PS2)
2. Yourself! Fitness (PC, PS2, Xbox)
1. Dance Dance Revolution (Multiple)
There’s a strong bias towards Nintendo consoles here, which is largely expected. They’ve really done a good job of getting you up off the couch. I think some of the games towards the bottom of the list could have made their way further up, but that’s just me.
What do you think? Do you enjoy fitness games? What do you think is the best? Let us know.
We all know that us common folk are no longer permitted into the hallowed halls of E3 anymore, but here is a countdown of the top 10 games that have the most hype. I’m not gonna spoil it for you, but the number 1 is a mistake due to the fact there is both negative and positive hype around it. You’ll know what I mean after you watch.
I know this topic sounds a little confusing but once you begin to watch you will see what they are talking about. Not to spoil anything, but whenever there is a worst countdown, Virtual Boy always seems to be in their somewhere.
Here is an interesting video from a tv spot over in the land of chocolate. I kept waiting for David Hasselhoff to show his face or this to turn into a scheizer film.
Everyone is ripe with Star Wars fever due to its 30th birthday and we at Loot Ninja are no different. Here is a breakdown of the top 10 Star Wars games of all time. For some reason, I don’t expect to see Pod Racer anywhere on this countdown.
We're like Spaceballs... we're making Loot Ninja everything. Coming soon we'll have hats, shirts, hoodies, possibly banana hammocks if one Editor has his way...
Check out the shirt prototypes here and the hats here
