Pulp Fortress = Pulp Fiction + Team Fortress, in case you were a bit confused. Watch as this user took a classic dialogue with Samuel Jackson and mixed in some Team Fortress scenes. The dialogue matches the video perfectly and really makes me want to see more from this guy.
“Do they speak English in what!?”
Definitely NSFW, there is a bit of strong language used, so make sure not to blast your speakers around your grandma or boss.
Half Life 2 was reason enough to buy the Orange Box. Team Fortress and Portal were awesome additions. In TF 2, this is the Sniper. He will kill you dead before you even know he is there. This is a funny character bio. Remember, as long as there are people left, someone is going to want somebody dead.
Ok this video is of someone’s girlfriend playing Team Fortress for the first time. To be fair most people are clueless when they first try a game on-line, but this girl is pretty hilarious with some of her comments. Here are a few, watch the video for the full effect and British accent:
Your a baddy, go away!
I killed someone sorry.
What happened to him, is he dead?
Am I Red or Blue? What color am I?
I don’t think a suit is appropriate for a war round.
On the downside I haven’t done my Spanish homework.
At 7pm ET tonight, you might want to fire up your Steam client if you own Team Fortress 2 on your PC. A pretty big, and free, update is coming your way. Here’s some the things can expect from the update:
Plenty of updates to the Source Engine, including fixes for networking, graphics, and player statistics, plus improvements to Source TV for tournament viewing.
Three of the currently available maps (Dustbowl, Granary, CTF_Well) will see updates for enhanced performance and gameplay.
A new map, Badlands, a new map that pushes control-point gameplay onto vertical landscapes.
Did we mention all this is free? So if The Orange Box on PC is your thing, start prepping your shooting finger and that FPS mouse.
No word on console patches or updates for this content. Requests to Valve for this information were not immediately returned.
If you haven’t picked up the Orange Box yet, here is a taste of Portal. Not only do you get Half Life and Team Fortress, both powerhouses in their own right, but you also get Portal which is good fun as well.
I have spent quite a bit of time playing Halo 3 the last few days and I realized that I am one rusty mofo! It also got me thinking about what really is important to be good at a first person shooter. At first I blamed not knowing the maps, then I blamed not playing for a while, then I thought I just sucked, then I thought it was the random teams I was put into, but I realized that there was probably some truth to all of the above. I have seen improvement with more play time but got me thinking about what exactly people think is the most important factor to be successful at playing and winning at first person shooters like Halo, CounterStrike, Team Fortress, etc.
EA sent over some new screens for Team Fortress 2, shipping in The Orange Box. This looks to be one of the best multiplayer titles of the year, up there with Halo 3, CoD4, and Warhawk.
With all the hype surround Halo 3, it’s almost easy to forget that Half-Life 2 and it’s spin-off games are coming for the Xbox 360 and PS3 later this year.
Here’s a trailer showing the contents of the Black Box, which includes Half-Life 2: Episode 2, Team Fortress, and Portal. Personally, I’m going for the Orange Box which also includes the full Half-Life 2 and Episode 1.
We're like Spaceballs... we're making Loot Ninja everything. Coming soon we'll have hats, shirts, hoodies, possibly banana hammocks if one Editor has his way...

Pretty classic lines!
