Command & Conquer Red Alert goes to iPhone

C&C Red Alert for iPhone

C&C Red Alert for iPhone

EA mobile is bringing 5 new games to the App Store. Now you can play NBA Live, EA Sports FIFA 10, Mystery Mania, Boggle and Command & Conquer Red Alert on your iPhone or iPod touch.

Now four of those games I can see being able to port to the iPhone but Command and Conquer? I played that on on the PC and I’m having a hard time envisioning that as a playable phone game, but then it seems they have offered other Command & Conquer games. Upcoming features will include free multiplayer and the Empire of the Rising Sun expansion pack. I’d be interested to hear how it plays from anyone who buys it.

More EA games come to Blackberry

BrndBejeweled

EA Mobile is making some popular game titles available for the Blackberry. Good news for me since I own one. These include: Bejeweled®, Need for Speed™ Undercover, RISK, SCRABBLE (in the US and Canada only), Tetris®, Tetris Mania, The Sims™ 3, and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR®.

Available on Blackberry App World. To download BlackBerry App World to your BlackBerry smartphone, visit: Blackberry AppWorld.  The cost for each games appears to be $9.99. I’ll be getting some games this afternoon.

Tiger Woods for iPhone On Sale, It’s Worth the Price

Tiger Woods PGA Tour iPhone Screen

Tiger Woods PGA Tour for the iPhone is now 30% off, so you can grab the game for $6.99 instead of its normal $9.99. If you haven’t bought this game yet and like golf, go grab this one now. No, I mean it, go now.

Most of you know my affection for golf and golf games. I’ve been playing Tiger Woods on my iPhone the past week and absolutely love it. It’s easily the best golf game I’ve played on the iPhone (surpassing my previous favorite, Let’s Golf!). The courses, PGA Tour mode, and the amount of players to choose from are all amazing for the price. If you immediately want to play the 18th at Pebble Beach or the the 17th at TPC Sawgrass, you can.

I haven’t had this much fun with a portable golf game since the first Tiger Woods game on the PSP. You can play with up to 4 people by passing your iPhone around, which is a nice feature. The only thing missing is some form of online or ad-hoc multiplayer. Even without that, this game is awesome and worth every penny.
