I’m still not sold on DC Universe Online. Do I like the concept? Yes. Did I like City of Heroes? Yes. But I’m not sure how much longevity this title will have on the PS3. And with an MMO, longevity is key. While we ponder that, check out a developer walkthrough from Comic Con. Part 2 after the jump.
Raccoon City has been destroyed and the T-virus was thought to be finally gone. Nope. We get the fourth installation of the movie series, but this movie is going the the way of Beowulf. This trailer sheds a little light on the next chapter. I don’t know how I feel about CGI movies, but we can expect some intense visuals. This was displayed at Comic Con out in San Diego. Expect more news when we get a release date.
Sega put together a nice little trailer for Iron Man for this weekend’s Comic-Con in New York. I think I can safely say that everyone here at Loot Ninja is pretty excited for this one. Hopefully it breaks the streak of bad games based on movies based on video games.
Your friends over at Loot Ninja got word today that they have been invited as press correspondents to the New York City Comic Con on April 18-20 at the Jacob Javitz Center. Bad ass. Matt and myself will be attending both Saturday and Sunday with most of the gaming news coming on the latter day. Al will be in Montreal that weekend for the UFC which is a little cooler than a Comic Book convention, but he will be missed.
If anyone will be attending or is in the East side of Manhattan that weekend, send us an email. We are always down for meeting out readers for a couple of beers. We will also be debuting our new Under Armour-like Polo shirts. Expect some photos., interviews, and whatever swag we can get our hands on.
No word yet if Matt will be dressed as the chick from Bloodrayne.
We're like Spaceballs... we're making Loot Ninja everything. Coming soon we'll have hats, shirts, hoodies, possibly banana hammocks if one Editor has his way...
Check out the shirt prototypes here and the hats here
