One of the flagship titles for the PS3 finally has a release date. Resistance 2 is coming November 4th in the US. Good stuff. Even better stuff is what’s coming in the game’s Collectors Edition:
- Created by DC Unlimited, an exclusive Chimeran Hybrid action figure with Bullseye weapon.
- A double-sided hard-cover Resistance 2 art book covering war-torn America from two unique perspectives.
- Exclusive in-game HVAP Wraith multiplayer weapon skin
- Copy of Resistance 2 with special edition cover artwork selected by the fans

A lot of really nice stuff there. However, it’s a $20 price bump as the CE will run you $79.99. If you’re down for this thing, jump all over it. I want the Chimera figure.

The much anticipated sequel to the Devil May Cry series has just released the details for their collectors edition, which will be for both the PS3 and Xbox360. Those details are as follows:
• Volume 1 of ADV Film’s Devil May Cry: The Animated Series on DVD, including four complete episodes of the anime (a retail value of $29.99)
• Unique Steelbook™ metal case
• Bonus DVD
o Making of Devil May Cry 4
o Music from the soundtrack
o Digital artbook
o PC content (screen savers, wallpapers, icons)
This game will hit the shelves February.

This Special Edition will cost $89.99. Not all that bad considering what Halo 3 is charging for that sweet Master Chief helmet you can’t wear or drink out of.
