Exciting news for Civilization fans (that’s me), 2K games announced the newest development in the Civilization franchise featuring an all new engine built for this game from the ground up. Civilization V features an entirely new combat system, deeper diplomatic interactions and a bunch of expanded features that deliver a fully immersive experience.
A few days ago Sid Meier, the man much revered and cursed for creating the uber-amazing 4X series Civilization, announced the coming of Civilization Network to Facebook. Farmville eat your heart out. A step up from Civilization Revolution (which only left my DS for Scribblenauts) CivNet looks to grow solo, co-op, and competitive play in a persistent online Civ world.
