IGN is speculating that the big announcement for the PS3 coming June 11th (as teased by Scot Rubin at AllGames) is for their new spy MMO game, The Agency.
The new first person shooter MMO game with espionage tendencies is set to be released for both the PC and PS3, with possible cross platform connectivity.
The game could be a huge draw for the PS3, as it opens up a great new side to an MMO. I guess we’ll have to wait a few more days and see what happens if this is what Sony has in store.
Our very good friends over at AllGames.com had a bit of tease on All Games Interactive the other day. Something big is coming to the PlayStation. But what?
Scot Rubin, known to many of us as AGN, and some of us as that guy we destroyed in Madden or MLB 2K7 on Xbox Live (
), dropped this tidbit on the show:
“I can tell you this… On June 11th, PlayStation nation will be smiling wide, because they are gonna have something the 360 people can only dream of and it was real time!!! …Real time I’m tellin’ ya!! What we saw…we’ve been sworn to secrecy”
What could this mean? Could it be Killzone on the PS3? Or could it be a totally new franchise that will be PS3 exclusive?
I’m going to have to prod Scot about this one….
