In preparation for debuting the Official Loot Ninja Banana Hammock at drunk pandas wedding in late October, I have decided to implore the same done the the entire cast(CGI excluded) of 300. Those guys looked pretty fierce, and I mean this is the most hetero of fashions.
Here is the exact workout. The reps total 300(no coincidence) and is expected to be finished within 20 minutes.
# 25 pull-ups
# 50 deadlifts with 135 lbs
# 50 push-ups
# 50 box jumps (24-inch box)
# 50 “floor wipers” (a core and shoulders exercise with 135 lbs)
# 50 “clean and press” with a kettlebell (36 lbs)
# 25 more pull-ups
Anyone who has tried it or is thinking of, holla back and let me know what you think. Oh and pandas, your fiancee will thank me.
In case you didn’t know, 300, one of the better “guy” movies around, came out today on DVD, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray. I picked up the Blu-Ray version so I could take advantage of the Linear PCM audio.
I think I’ve soiled myself a couple times already. The video quality is great at 1080p, even through the film’s gritty look. The sound is pretty outstanding. I’ve jumped a couple of times at some of the sounds in the movie.
We all love 300. That can’t be denied. World of Warcraft is an aquired taste, but you still have to respect it. Anyway, some bright people decided to recreate scenes from 300 in World of Warcraft. All I can say is: brilliant.
