Ubisoft dropped tiny bits of info about Assassin’s Creed 2 DLC a little while back, but now it’s time for a full on media assault. Well, maybe just some details. The first, Battle of Forli, will hit your download centers in late January and bring six new memories for Ezio. For $3.99, you’ll get to team up with Machiavelli and Caterina Sforza in Forli to defeat the Orzi Brothers and “prevent the Piece of Eden from falling into the hands of the Templars.”

Then, towards the end of February, you’ll get to play Bonfire of the Vanities, where you defend Florence from the monk Savonarola. A new city district along with a new spring jump will come with the ten memories in this $4.99 package.

It sounds like a pretty good deal to me, especially for the amount of content you’ll get here. Oh, and if you’re wondering how these fit into the story, these are the two Corrupted Memories in the DNA Sequence you see in the game. Clever, eh?
