Remember that Star Wars game that was to be announced at the VGAs this year?  Well, I wasn’t able to catch the reveal itself, but it turns out that the game is The Force Unleashed II.

“But wait!”  You say.  Didn’t the main character, you know, not make it out of the first game alive?  “That’s right!”  I say, so obviously my inner (and outer) Star Wars nerd is screaming for some clarification on how it is possible to have a sequel with Starkiller as the main character.  At least this retcon won’t be as bad as Jar Jar.

I’ll be keeping a close eye on this game, but god damn if 2010 isn’t shaping up to have an amazing lineup of games.
