The next game in the PixelJunk series, Shooter, is finally hitting North American PS3′s next week on December 10th. Hell fucking yeah! From what I’ve played at E3 and other events, this looks to be the best PixelJunk game to date, surpassing Eden (which is still one of my favorite downloadable games this generation).

There won’t be a demo at first and the game should be priced under $9.99, according to the game’s producer, Dylan Cuthbert.

Make this a Day 1 purchase, people. Bring your lunch instead of buying it one day next week. PixelJunk Shooter will be well worth it.
