I think I’m going to buy some new controllers in preperation for Super Street Fighter IV. In an interview with Kotaku, Capcom’s Seth Killian indicated that Seth, the end-boss in Street Fighter IV, will be even harder in the Super edition. Let the controller smashing commence.
Seth will be even cheaper and more irritating.
Great. Just great. I did enough screaming and flailing around when Seth spammed teleports, Sonic Boom’s, and the move where he sucks you into his stomach and spits you out. Now, he’s going to be even worse. At least all the fighters will be unlocked from the start so that I don’t have to worry about beating Seth a crap-ton of times to use them all.
Will knowing this make you less likely to buy the game? How about the fact that Capcom hasn’t settled on pricing for the game and it very well could end up costing you $60? That part annoys me, but the Seth factor won’t change me wanting to get in on some more Street Fighter action.

Seth wasn’t that hard in the first game. He had an easy pattern to deal with. It would be interesting on what new moves Capcom intends to give him. I would have liked to have saw a different last boss though. Maybe Shin Bison would have been great since we know that he doesn’t exist past Street Fighter III and maybe we can touch upon the connection between Bison, Seth and Gill.
is it just me, or can they never get the balancing right the first time around? Like they just tack another word on whenever they want to give it another go round.
Super Street fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix is seriously the longest game name ive ever seen, maybe QA could step up their attempts at balancing it right…
