Those who have purchased all 5 Fallout 3 expansions should be getting emails soon notifying them that their new theme is available for download. I thought I would give you guys a preview of the new theme. Overall it is visually a nice theme and is currently replacing my Halo 3 theme (sorry Halo fans).
