This upcoming May Bank Holiday weekend (Memorial Day weekend for the civilized world), BBC Radio 1 will be hosting a Gaming Weekend.  If anyone bothers to purposely tune into Radio 1, you will hear a variety of gaming themed content.  Expect reviews, game soundtracks, a poll for the best game ever and the wonderful experience of listening to DJ’s play games competing for a spot on the leaderboards.   No contests were mentioned in the press release so they won’t be getting me to tune in.  If you really want to listen to a game soundtrack I suggest you fire up that game and PLAY it instead of listening to it being played.
