one thing i also wanted to add… i work for best buy so i feel for alot of those folks, at the same time.. we are feeling the pinch too..which now, i put more of an emphasis towards customer service because lets face it, if we arent great to you guys, you wont come back.. i am sure alot of you loyal CC customers have a reason or many to hate my company, but i can honestly say there are hard working, honest individuals who care about our jobs and the work we do.. at least at my store anyways.. i cant say the same for others, because i know not so good ones out there exist as they do with all retailers in our country
