Blizzard GM has Player Arrested

Ever think that the GM’s (Game Moderators) in your MMORPG are not watching you and you can just run rampant? Well think again friends, the GM is watching and will get you. Recently in Blizzard’s mega hit World of Warcraft, one player decided to make suicidal remarks to a GM in hopes of receiving pity items, but instead ended up in the big house.

A 17-year-old Fairfield Twp. teen pretended to be suicidal when he became frustrated with an online video game, Fairfield Twp. police reported..

According to officials, the teen was arrested Monday, Dec. 29, for inducing panic after patrol officers and medics responded to the boy’s home in the 3000 block of Pimlico Court. The charge is a first-degree misdemeanor.

So instead of free weapons or items, this kid now has a first-degree misdemeanor on his record right before trying to apply to colleges; great plan, Einstein. This guy was not thinking very well as I know for a fact that many of the Blizzard GM’s are constantly in the game and checking the chats that are being conducted. After the boy made his suicidal threats, the GM quickly dialed 911 and authorities showed up at the boy’s house. Now the boy is scheduled to appear in Butler County Juvenile court on Tuesday, January 6, quite the New Year’s present for this family.

  4. Pathetic…just too pathetic. And FYI, GM’s are constantly in-game, one of my friend even took a screenshot of his conversation with a GM. He asked what he is exactly doing and the GM was able to answer him. Wish I have a cloak too. Poor kid, you end up in jail and no WoW.

  5. I heard the girl was 13 not 17. And I saw a picture of the player hes a fat nasty slob haha.
