Another class action suit was filed against Nintendo last week alleging that the improved Wiimote straps are still defective and Nintendo should be liable for all damages caused by their supposed neglience. Translation: Some stupid ass is suing Nintendo because their semi-retarded 9 year old, who is all souped up on Mountain Dew and McNuggets broke the family TV playing Mario whatever and wants Nintendo to foot the bill.
