Gears of War 2 got leaked already on the internet. All games get pirated, so it’s no surprise this one happened so quickly. What does Epic have planned?
In an effort to combat piracy we’re implementing a day-one patch that requires you input a unique PIN every 15 minutes.
Fake Cliff Bleszinski threw that up on his Twitter account. We know he kids, but how far are we actually away from something like this? Game developers and publishers are making things harder and harder for the people that actually buy these games.
Remember people, this was a joke. Don’t get your panties all up in a bunch at us or Cliffy.
[Update] Just found out from some sources that wish to remain unnamed that this was posted by an imposter Cliffy B. Hate when that happens.

Lol. Last time I was fooled by gaming related news was when Nintendo supposedly announced that they would be introducing DLC Characters for SSBB and much more Wii related stuff. But the Press.Nintendo site ended in .org not .com LOL and it was just days away before April fools.
I say install biometric scanners on the controllers, so it makes sure the owner of the game is the one playing. And if you’re not the owner, it puts a jolt into you and bricks your console, maybe your TV too.
Bum bum bummmmmmm
