Saints Row 2 continues to look up as compared to its first iteration, not only via the expanded gameplay but also now some decent voice acting. They have taken a few characters from the first game and reintroduced them, but also added quite a few more. Of most note is the fact that NPH (Neil Patrick Harris a.k.a. Doogie Howser) is in this one as a drug dealing maniac, dude NPH wouldn’t do that.
