		<description>I think they do it based on the default chipset settings and sometimes push the hardware's limits by overclocking it and whatnot. I don't think this makes the 360 outdated though.</description>

		<description>I have a question about these consoles.
When these guys are developing for the system, do they develop based on the default chipset settings, or can the game "overclock" the system to get the most out of the hardware?  

I only ask because I have a program on my PC that lets me overclock my videocard, and it works wonders on my machine, although the system fans get louder.
