		<description>Square said they will fund the 200mm  deal with cash from their balance sheet.  No financing.  Strange tactic to publicly announce a friendly take-over before its finalized.  Maybe dangerous to put the target in play before its all signed.  Esp in an industry which has been still recording profits in economic downturns and that has been fairly active with acquisitions as of late.</description>
