This is a new feature to Loot Ninja. Caveat Emptor is a legal term for “Buyer Beware”. We give you the heads up on mistakes we have made buying things.
This week: Matt Banks buys a dwarf rabbit in 2001.
Mistake: Pet store owner told him that dwarf rabbits live for 2 years.
Reality: They can live up to twelve years.
Outcome. The rabbit is allowed to roam freely in the living room on the weekends. It loves to chew video game cords. This week, it destroyed his Xbox 360 Rock Band drumset.
Final price: It looks like Buddy is going to be here until the next presidential election and right around the time the PS4 comes out.
Caveat Emptor: Matt Banks

haha. that post made me laugh IRL. you could easily crop the rabbit in that photo as is and make a .gif of it flying holy grail style trashing rock band drum sets haha. that is what i pictured anyway while reading, thus making me laugh.
That’s a cute bunny. It’s funny, I have a cat, and although she likes to explore behind the TV (home of all the cables), she has never attempted to bite any of the wires. She also doesn’t scratch furniture, although she loves to pick at the carpet in the office.
I have a 18 month old cat that loves to chew cords – and tear up the carpet. I wish it would at least it could have the decency to zap itself one of these days. We’ve had to “box in” the entertainment centers and cat proof (hide) as many cords in the house as possible.
Your bunny does have a striking resemblance to the Python Killer Rabbit!
My Chihuahua bit my PS2’s video/audio wire other than that he tear up other non-wired things. I guess were all in the same boat lol.
I’ve lost count of the wires our house bunnies have chomped through. Not to mention the carpet, bed sheets and house plants that have been bunnified. Yep and we’ve got many more years of bunny mayhem to look forward to as well.
