The first Rock Band is a gimped version of what it should be on the Wii. DLC aside, the game just isn’t the same as the Xbox 360 or PS3 versions. No Band World Tour is a deal breaker, really. Harmonix is stepping it up and not making the same mistake twice with Rock Band 2.
Representatives from Harmonix confirmed to Wired that the sequel won’t be a fraction of what the game really is for the Wii. Thank God. Wii gamers out there don’t have to be stuck in the dark anymore. Now if only Nintendo could fix that pesky storage situation so that we could get some more downloadable content…

Write a Comment»The only thing cool about the Wii version is that the drums are white which is pretty polished. Other than that I prefer rocking out with RB on another console.
