In an interview with IGN, Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer confirmed that an upcoming Uncharted patch will bring 48 Trophies to the game.
You’ll be able to get up to 48 Trophies in Uncharted. There are 47 Trophies related to what you do in the game — finding treasures, hand-to-hand or gun combat and the like — and the last one is the Platinum Trophy for getting all the other Trophies.
All 47 will be directly related to the accomplishments/medals already in the game, so you won’t be too surprised to see what’s there. No word yet on which will be Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
Even without Trophy support, there’s more than enough reason to play through Uncharted for a first, second, or even third time. It’s one hell of game (I picked it for Game of the Year 2007). Can’t wait for August to dust this one back off. There shouldn’t be much else out then, so it’s a good time to get back into the game.

Cool, a reason to play through it again.
Now that’s what I’m talking about, I already played beat uncharted twice and a third time won’t hurt since torphies are coming
I wish they would also add some DLC to the game, it was too much fun to just neglect.
You don’t know how many times I play the demo when I’m at a Gamestop, haha.
I do that, but at Target.
