I can only ask why? EA has decided it’s worth their while to ship Madden 09 for the original Xbox. Seriously, why?
There hasn’t been a title shipped for the original Xbox is a damn long time. Microsoft gave up on the console pretty much when the 360 shipped. Apparently there’s still enough people who haven’t upgraded that EA sees fit to release their flagship title on the super old platform.
I bet this sells about 100 copies. Yeah, just 100. There can’t be that many people who still use their original Xbox for anything other than pirated games and Xbox Media Center.
Did they even ship Madden ‘08 for the Xbox?
I’m not sure, but with all the disc-read errors my x-crate gives me, I wouldn’t bother buying anymore games for it.
Lmao EA is random. I can probably see Madden ‘09 selling for over $100 for the Xbox on Ebay and people will buy it too.

YES!!!! i am one of those few ppl that still uses there original xbox… but they shipped madden 09 for xbox last year too!!
madden for the original xbox is so much better than for the newer systems. although i have upgraded to 360 i still have the original and i will continue to buy madden for that as long as they keep making it. madden for xbox 360 is truely awful
