I have been looking across the internets for a way to expand my Halo related interests. After reading all the books, twice, and getting almost all of the non-cheating achievements, I have taken up the latest craze: Halo ActionClix. This is a table top Halo game that is like Battlemechs, but with characters from the Haloverse. The game is a blast and the rules easy to follow, but the figures are not exactly easy to find. That’s when I stumbled into Installation 05.
Based on the Halo ring that Master Chief crash landed on in Halo 1, this site has anything and everything you would want in Halo toys. Besides the ActionClix, they now have the Limited Edition Series 2 Halo 3 figures from McFarlane. They look bad ass. I bought 3 boosters packs of ActionClix on Tuesday and they already showed up. Definitely check this site out and see what they have to offer. I talked to the admin over there and he was cool as shit. They frequently run contests and we will bring you word when they do. Also, let me know if any of you get into ActionClix for Halo. A challenge may ensue at a bar in NYC soon.
I ctually have a few of these because I liked how they looked. I think I through out hte maps but I kept the tiny dice and figures.
You must have gotten the 4 pack because they were the only ones that came with the tiny dice. The 5 figure pack says it does on the packaging but they don’t come with them!
I actually think your right. i also got some free ones that were give aways at Target I believe. I have a grunt with needlers which is pretty cool.
You should definitely try playing the game it is a lot of fun. I had my maps laminated at the local Office Depot so they wouldn’t have the annoying curling effect and they turned out great.
I remember a video of some guy who was obsessed with M$ and had a room dedicated to the 360, I bet you have the same for Halo haha. This kinda sounds interesting and I might get into this even tohugh I’m not a huge fan of Halo. Now I just need some friends that”ll take interests in this, lol.
