The Wii came out on top, as you already know. June was a pretty strong month overall for gaming. Here’s the console numbers:
- Nintendo DS - 783,000
- Nintendo Wii - 666,700
- PlayStation 3 - 405,500
- PSP - 337,400
- Xbox 360 - 219,800
- PlayStation 2 - 188,800
The DS reclaims the overall top spot. Nintendo must be wiping their ass with hundred dollar bills. I wonder if Reggie walks around and yells “Make it rain!” and just throws money in the office. I would.
