I like it when people organize things into lists. The UK gaming site, Button Bandits, has revealed the top 100 games of all time as voted by gamers. Here is the top 10. Click through to get the rest of the list. I don’t know about the #1. Super Mario 3 not even in the top 10. Blasphemous!

Yeah, COD4 definitely created that cross between FPS&RPG mix (I think), that’s what probably makes it so undeniably great.
FPS & RPG? Didn’t Bioshock do that fairly well?
How does COD4 act as an RPG?… unless you are confusing Role Playing Game with Rocket Propelled Grenade?
Take GTA4 and Halo 3 off of that list in my opinion.

is there any difference in taste/genre/preference aside from opinion between UK gamers and US gamers? Most of the times I swing by the stores here I see a lot of mid-twenties and older, not so much of a teenage crowd… they tend to hang out at the knife stores in east london.
