Sony is introducing a monthly gaming video show on the PlayStation Network called Qore (pronounced Core). The show will be fully interactive where you can choose what to watch and when to watch. Exclusive videos and downloadable content will be bundled with each episode, hosted by Veronica Belmont.
The first episode will be available this Thursday, June 5th and have videos and content from games such asĀ SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Secret Agent Clank, Soul Calibur 4 and Afro Samurai, as well as the latest Blu-ray Disc trailers, an exclusive SOCOM: Confrontation theme with an invitation to the SOCOM: Confrontation beta, art galleries and other surprises. Yes, that’s right, you’ll get into the SOCOM beta if you buy Qore.
Each episode will run you $2.99 or you can subscribe anually for $24.99. It’s like getting a gaming magazine, but in video form. Sounds pretty cool, but I hope content that would have normally ended up for free on the PSN doesn’t end up pay-only in Qore. Stay tuned for our thoughts on the first episode later this week and check out a preview after the jump.

OMG WTF They stole this from XBL Community Confidential.
I gotta pay to watch a TV show? no thanks.
