My game never froze untill I went online. And I've played about 6 matches with one problem, but then one day I was online and it froze. Then whenever I started it up it never got past the loading screen. I tried about 4-5 times. So I signed out and started it up again and it worked. Started it up about 4 times and have played it for about 5 hours, no freezing again. Well I know it sucks, but one thing I found that helped is signingout on the ps3.
