This is partly out of a desire to see them hurt, no matter how miniscule, and partly a way to show that people aren't willing to just bend over and take it. We have no idea what they're doing. They could just be wait for the whole thing to die down, with no intention of really finding or fixing the problem. You'd think if they were really doing something they'd keep us updated. Yet all I've heard from them is "We're sorry, we're working on it." And that was a few days ago. To be honest, I could care less what I get. I dunno if it will help anything. What exactly is it you are asking for? It's been only a week, and they have said they are working on it. Seriously though, what are the damages you are going to seek? All I can think of is to ask them to fix the game...that's all. I am starting to think it's the systems though, and not the game in particular, and if that is the case there are no footholds. Sony has made so many modifications to the machine already that it may just be there is not enough memory allocated to run the game on the first consoles. That would be like suing someone for your pc not running Crysis even though you just bought a brand new rig just to play it. More power to you though, I still haven't gotten to play it. "so what we want you to do is basically turn everything off. That's right folks, turn all of the stuff that's going to help you enjoy the game to it's full potential off. We know we put it on there for a reason, but only 67% of you deserve to play that way." So anyhow, if I were to turn all of this off, I would be playing the game on a ps2...oh wait, no, then I could have rumble. But in essence, that's what they are saying.
