I get it on GTAIV more on PS3 version due to the blurring effect of textures but on both versions at chaotic scenes with the slowdown on both PS3 and 360. Im disabled and take Buccastem M and it can actually help with motion sickness in games. If you suffer from it either try turning the lights on or off as it can affect you less (Im better playing with lights off) and try changing the camera to middle view (slightly further out) as it helps. And you don't want to be drowsy and play video games. Instead, ginger root pills work absolute wonders. There are also wristbands you can buy for sea sickness called "Sea Bands" that work for videogame motion sickness as well.
